Vincentia township by buying out the closest opposition. 

The Stockland Trust Management Limited has purchased Vincentia Shopping Centre and now has Vincentia’s future firmly in its hands with the control of all current shop leases at Vincentia Shopping Centre.

WHY? Well if you can’t win over the township or community with your master plan for a new district shopping centre and housing estate, then you take it over by buying out your opposition.

Vincentia Township will lose its independence and our town's profits will fund the development of the proposed Stockland Vincentia at the Jervis Bay/Wool Road roundabout.
